Clear periodically with enclosed bamboo stick. To deep clean, soak overnight in rubbing alcohol to clean. The Cali Tusk will darken over time -- to bleach, soak overnight in peroxide. If the ends get rough, file with a coarse nail file.

How do I clean my Cali Tusk?

The Cali Tusk should be periodically cleared with the enclosed bamboo stick. Of course, over time resin will accumulate in the tunnel. Keeping your Cali Tusk clean will ensure the best taste and extend the life span. To clean, soak your Cali Tusk in alcohol for 2-8 hours (depending on resin buildup). After soaking, rinse with water and dry with a cloth.

What is the benefit of using the Cali Tusk?

The main functions of the Cali Tusk are to cool and filter the soot before the smoke enters the throat, to protect the lungs. The Cali Tusk enhances the smoking experience and protects the lips and fingers from heat, stench and discoloration. 

How do I use the Cali Tusk?

Insert the rollie into either end of the Cali Tusk. TIP: Slightly pinch the end of your item before inserting, to allow for a bit of air entry.  Also, shorter rolls hit better, so feel free to cut your roll and smoke in 2 halves. There may be a little bit of a learning curve, but don't give up, it's worth it!
